Ingredients: Whole egg, less than 2% sodium silico aluminate (anti-caking agent)
Uses: To reconstitute one egg, mix 2 tablespoons Whole Egg Powder with 4 tablespoons water. When using with other dry ingredients (baking, for example), it is not necessary to reconstitute Whole Egg Powder. Simply add to the dry ingredients and increase water measurements in the mixture to the necessary amount.
