Uses: Desserts, baking, ice cream, icing, cookies, brownies. Brings out the chocolate flavor in recipes! Add 1 teaspoon of the Espresso Powder dissolved in 1 cup water to substitute for coffee. For a more pronounced coffee flavor use 1 tablespoon per cup of water. Add 2 to 3 teaspoons to frosting recipes.
