Ingredients: Fresh water lake harvested, dried wild rice
Allergens: Processed in area that contains grains, soy, dairy, peanuts & tree nuts.
Directions: Bring 1 part wild rice to 3parts water or broth to a boil. Cover and strong simmer for about 40-45 minutes. Cook until rice looks like open hot dog bun. Serve hot, perhaps with butter, salt, pepper. Freezes well and easily reheats. Add to soup, casserole, side dish or as is.
