Gluten Free South West Bean Bake
Dried Pinto Beans, tomato powder, brown sugar, beef powder, celery, red and green bell peppers, onions, carrots, chili powder, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper.
Gluten Free Southwest Bean Bake is a low fat, high protein meal that cooks easily in a crock pot and can easily feed 5-7. t will taste just like ‘grandma’s beans” without the soaking, washing, or seasoning. These beans finish with the best texture you’ll ever eat! Season to taste.
Add 8 cups boiling water to crock pot, turn on low. Add dry mix and stir. Cook 8 hours on low/medium until beans are tender.
~ Add your favorite meat (i.e. hamhock, bacon, ground beef or venison)
~ Add finely chopped onion, garlic, or shallot
